A portrait engraved by Desrochers, an engraved title, an escutcheon and 16 engraved plates hors-texte, one of which bears the signature of F. Bleyswick. The engraving "l'étalage viril" is often missing. These figures had appeared in the Leide edition, by P. Van der Aa, in 1715.
