Reworked yellow gold 750‰ decorative element, probably Italian, consisting of a chatelaine element frame centered with a blue enameled medallion motif in a surround of uncut diamonds set in drilled settings, all secured by four rather approximate clasp systems. A chain adorned with small pearls holds the set. Italy, circa 20th century. Gross weight: 12.9 g; height: 7.5 cm.
