Reverse: Allegory wearing a long robe, riding a lion galloping to the right over the waters gushing from the rock to the left, holding a thunderbolt and a short scepter. In exergue "INDVLGENTIA AVGG IN CARTH" (For the indulgence of the august in Carthage). Weight: 3.23 g. TTB to SUP. RIC IV.1-130B. This denarius belongs to the last years of the Augustan Monetary Reform, applied from 27 B.C. to A.D. 215.
