Charles Lancaster calibre 20/65 rifle (n°11773). Smooth 71.5 cm barrel, 330 mm English stock including 4 cm wooden extension, extractor, single trigger, delivered in carrying case. Category C - subject to declaration The final sale of each category C weapon is subject to the suspensive condition that the purchaser is not registered in the FINIADA file (Fichier National des Personnes Prohibes d'Acquisition et de Détention d'Armes). All weapons are sold "as is", and no claims will be accepted concerning the condition or malfunctioning of the weapons, since a prior exhibition allows purchasers to examine them, and they may request additional photos of the lots. All weapons must be checked by a professional before use. For category C weapons, the purchaser MUST present: a valid identity document (CNI or passport), the current year's shooting license or hunting license and current validation, and proof of an active SIA account. If the billing address is different from that shown on the identity document, proof of address less than 1 month old is required. The purchaser will be invoiced €35 (excl. VAT) per category C firearm for consultation of the FINIADA file and administrative costs.
