Vassilakis TAKIS (Greek, 1925–2019) and Artcurial Diffusion. "Magnetic Evidence 1983". 1991. Patinated bronze sculpture, with a magnetic system holding six nails and an arrow against the bust. Numbered “0958/1000 IV” on a label from the publisher on the reverse, which is dated 1991. Signed “Takis.” H: 23.5 – W: 43 – D: 29 cm. Included is a monograph on the artist published by Artcurial Diffusion. ("This catalog was produced to accompany the edition of the sculpture 'Magnetic Evidence.'") Our work is reproduced on pages 76 and 77.
