Tibet, late 19th–early 20th century. Set of two masks—one wall-mounted, the other on a tripod—depicting wrathful deities (Mahakala?) made of bronze with glass bead inlays. Dimensions (the freestanding mask): 15.5 x 7 cm; Height (the wall-mounted mask): 22.5 cm. Included is a wall-mounted piece with two lacquered cardboard storage compartments from Canton, late 19th–early 20th century. (minor imperfections)
