Lyon, Second Empire, shaped polychrome silk representing a ship with 3 masts all sails out and on the side of which the motto "Alliances des Peuples" is spread. The "Vaisseau de l'Alliance" was the trademark of the upholsterers Debry & Fils. One finds in Lyon, Musée des tissus a copy of this project (Inv. 24576/3) Dimensions : 490 x 590 mm. Framed.
