Set of nine porcelain cups of circular shape decorated on the outer wall in blue underglaze with two pentadactyl dragons (five claws) among the clouds chasing the sacred pearl. On the reverse side, four-character mark in blue THIÊU TRI NIÊN TAO. Emperor Thiêu Tri (1807-1847) was the third ruler of the Nguyen dynasty. He ascended the throne in 1841, until 1847.
