Oval cap with bead.
Jointing bow marked 46058 and punches of control of which is detached two branches of guard connecting the plate, against - curved plate with punches of control.
Wooden spindle covered with watermarked leather.
Straight blade with T-back and full-length throat.
Back engraved in "Mre d'armes de Chat 1885 Cav légère 1882".
Scabbard with the same number and punches in iron with a bracelet and symmetrical sting, oxidations.
Total length 102cm.
Very homogeneous piece
