Placet with yellow silk cover, decorated in the center in a cartouche with embroidered calligraphy on a red background tấu (奏, "placet") opening onto a two-leaf paper folder in red handwritten lettering evoking New Year greetings from members of the imperial family (Tôn nhơn) and civil and military mandarins to Empress Nam Phương and Crown Prince Bảo Long, handwritten inscription in red ink.
