Vietnam 20th century, Purple silk dress called "Áo viên lĩnh" lined with water-green silk, decorated with polychrome and gold thread embroidery of coiled phoenixes "phượng ổ" among flowers and precious objects. The lower part of the dress is patterned with chevrons and foaming waves from which coral branches emerge. Small gold sequins complete the ornamentation. Closes on the right side with small gilded copper buttons. Wear and stains. Sleeve length 197 cm; H. 118 cm; Sleeve width. 30.5 cm
