China, 19th century, in the Ming style, Large white porcelain jar, decorated in blue underglaze with chrysanthemum and bamboo flowers, the neck decorated with birds on flowering branches in medallions on a background of leiwen motifs. A frieze of stylized lotus petals completes the ornamentation on the heel. H. 37 cm. (chips)
