A rare wooden birdcage in the form of a domed palace supported by colonnettes and framed by four lanterns resting on paladian architecture; it is presented on its base of colonnettes with capitals and uprights joined by an X-shaped brace centered on a turn. It opens with a drawer in the waistband. Circa 1900. H: 167 - W: 52.5 - D: 52.5 cm.
