GALLÉ Émile (1846-1904)
Elongated ovoid vase with pinched and heat-stretched four-lobed neck resting on a pedestal base. Proof in multi-layer glass marquetry decorated with pink, yellow and brown columbines on an absinthe green ground. Decorated with four applied and hot-molded handles on the base (accidents and cracks).
Signed and bearing its partly torn label "Émile Gallé Paris Nancy".
