Silver flatware, filets pattern. 18th century Fermiers Généraux hallmarks. ORLEANS 1774. Master goldsmith: Pierre IX HANAPPIER received in 1730. Spatulas engraved with a large coat of arms and the motto "ULTERIUS ARDET" under a knight's helmet (COLAS des FRANCS family - from Orléans - whose members under the Ancien Règime included advisors to the Duke of Orléans and numerous aldermen of the city of Orléans, currently owner of the chateau de Lavée in YSSINGEAUX (Haute-Loire).
