Pair of bronze and silver-plated and engraved metal covered - Lot 185
Pair of bronze and silver-plated and engraved metal covered vases. One hinged lid, the other threaded. The simulated necks hold bouquets of flowers. The detached handles hold garlands on the dove-engraved sides. The pedestals with beaded rings and quadrangular bases with channels rest on a circular tray with small leafy feet. Probably 19th century Ottoman work. H. 29 cm. (accidents and oxidation)
