Carved root group depicting a male bust in a crowned cape, hands clasped, probably as a sign of prayer. The high crown is decorated with faces. Located "MARA / Tahiti" and dated "1961" on reverse. Tahitian work from the second half of the 20th century. H. Height : 54 cm.
