TERMS OF SALE Items may be picked up during the sale after payment of the invoice has been made. Payment must be made on-site on the day of the sale only. Items must be picked up by appointment and with a paid invoice at the following address: SARL GAURIAT 31-33 boulevard Anatole France, 93200 SAINT-DENIS Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 01 71 70 29 50 contact@gauriat.com Storage fees will apply STARTING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. (€30 excl. tax per week for one item and €60 excl. tax per week per piece of furniture). PLEASE NOTE: Landfill disposal fees will be charged if lots are abandoned. Additionally, any lot valued at €100 or less will be considered abandoned after a period of three weeks.
