This edition includes 11 hors-texte etchings by Abraham Bosse after compositions by Jacques Stella: 1 engraved title and 10 religious scenes in frames. There are also 2 engraved chapter beginnings with headers.
Copy in tan calf with grotesque decoration.
Small loss at the upper head, rubbing at the joints, wear at the corners, missing clasps, small accidents on the title page, pen marks on the endpapers and on 3 leaves.
