Basilea, 1547. Missing the 1st leaf. 6]ff. - Ioannis Saxonii commentariolus. Basileæ, Ioannis Oporini, 1547. The arms of the Collège des Grassins with the motto "Lilium inter Spinas". According to O.H.R, the Grassin College was founded by Thierry Grassin, thanks to the donation of his brother Pierre II Grassin, who at his death on October 19, 1569, left 90,000 livres to found a college in Paris for poor schoolchildren of the diocese of Sens, from which he came. The coat of arms would thus have been struck a posteriori. Stamp on the title page: "Sign[um] meu[m] noc... est" ? Handwritten ex-libris: Alphonse de la Guère, Charpentier prieur de St Gobert 1694.
