Contemporary green glazed calf, gilt coat of arms in the centre of the boards, gilt framing garland, spine with ornamented raised bands, red calf title-pieces. 2] ff, 170 pp ; [2] ff, 214 pp. Second edition. The original edition appeared in 1811. The work is illustrated with two intaglio portraits-frontispieces. >Copy in green glazed calf with the coat of arms of the count of Artois. O.H.R. pl. 2550, n° 13. Spine and part of the boards faded, small leather tears on the title-piece, small stain on the lower board, slight rubbing at the corners.
